Very limited opening hours (2 hours per day, 3 on a Saturday) means collecting items as a working professional is needlessly difficult. I have also arrived within their operating hours and found them closed, with no explanation. Some collections are done with no problems. Once I collected and they handed me someone else's package, I had to go back and return it. So not the best service overall.

Dreadful service. Don't ring doorbell then leave note. The sorting office then has the most unhelpful hours, ensuring piuck up is as difficult as possible. A national disgrace

Always spot on. Employees are polite and fantastic. Go above and beyond to deliver our parcel. I live Brunel court, Westfields ave and use the NDD SD and always brilliant. Keep it up the good work. Best wishesVinnie Savassi

Useless. Don't even ring the doorbell and leave a note so I have to come in to pick up my parcel and the bloody place has the most random opening hours.

They have some great postmen however they completely abuse their parking exemptions. Driver that picks up from postbox on corner of Penhryn Crescent thinks he can park his van wherever he likes no matter how dangerous it is to other drivers and the school kids. And since Covid kicked in they used that as an excuse to not use their car park anymore but keep 4 vans parked overnight out the back on double yellows and at least 2 in the day.

I don't know who is responsible, but Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Guaranteed items are taking up to a week to progress through this sorting office. The worst service in the United Kingdom. Royal Fail.

Royal Mai tracked redelivery, they did not even ring on the doorbell, just left card sayng no reply..pretty disgusted..no answer from Royal Mail after holding on in a queue for an hour I gave up..I am sheilding and have no way to get my parcel, I would avoid buying from a company that uses Royal Mal in the future.

First class service, genuinely pleasant and helpful even though they are having a tough time with staff having to isolate.

Parking is not easy, especially with traffic often queueing at the roundabout (residents 9am-11am) but hours are quite generous and service is always quick.

Insurance not woth the paper it's written on or your money. I posted a laptop, professionnally packaged in a special box and paid extra for 50£ insurance. Royal Mail broke the screen, used my packaging as an excuse and refunded me 6 stamps, for a grand total of 3£! What is the insurance for then?
