This store is bigger than I thought. Loads of electricals, gardening tools, cleaning products and miscellaneous gifts to choose from. Staff are very attentive and really helpful. Great prices too!

Good sized shop with a useful selection of goods (really good choice of household hardware - nails, screws, hooks tools etc.) and plenty of staff on hand to help. Small but useful garden section too. Such a handy place within walking distance of home - would hate to see it go so I keep using it!

I like the shop, staff are helpful. But I came here to say that staff should be allowed to sit at the tills - especially if they're elderly. It's a long time for them to be on their feet and it just doesn't seem kind to me.

I had lost my receipt and unpacked my purchase from the box before I realised it would not be suitable. The staff in the store could not have been more helpful, locating a suitable replacement and retrieving my receipt from the till. Thank you!

The staff at East Sheen are very helpful. They advise me because I always have lots of questions! Nothing is too much trouble, they?re very welcoming and know a lot about what?s on their shelves. Thank you to them, I know one lady is called Brenda (Breda?) I think there?s Mark (or Matt?) Monica (?) and Samita or Sanitta I?m not sure but they really help me with choosing the best product for what I want. This is what customer service should be like!
