I have had many good years of buying from Coopers. That was all wiped out today from Robbie who was rude and dismissive to me during an enquiry about a new fridge/ freezer. Insisting on detailed information about the exact measurements for a fridge freezer when AO and John Lewis are happy to list 50/50 or 60/40 models on their websites. I simply wanted to know what stock they might hold due to an urgent requirementThey have lost a loyal customer, a local advocate and about £1k to boot. To make matters worse after complaining to the customer service account , an email from Robbie appears with the classic ?I?m sorry you feel that way? non apology.Really disappointed

MIS-SOLD AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT - OFFERED 5YR WARRANTY AND ONLY RECEIVED 2YR WARRANTY...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WOULD NOT HONOUR WHAT THEY SOLD.Recently I bought a product with them and they promised a 5 year warranty as opposed to the standard 2 year warranty. That's why I bought it through them! When registering the product with the manufacturer they advised me that there was no promotional offer of 5 years warranty and I should revert to Coopers. When reverting back to Coopers about the warranty they did not offer to extend the warranty with the manufacturer or take out a cheap insurance policy for the extended warranty they offered me! Instead they said that I should take comfort in the fact that the product is tested to last 10 years! What a dreadful experience and please everyone be BEWARE. If I could give them a negative score I would! No way to treat customers! Extremely disappointed!

Avoid by all means ! We have been loyal customers to Coopers and they let us down leaving us with a faulty washing machine that we bought only 6 months ago. They don?t take any responsibility after 30 days and you have to deal with the manufacturer and the warranty company when there is an issue. We were going in circles and with no solution at all. We had an engineer that came and check our washing machine and informed us that they needed to replace 8 parts and fix it them rather than replacing the washing machine .Needless to say that the repairs would take weeks and we would be without a washing machine. We have been fobbing off by Coopers . They operate this way to make you buy a new washing machine with no compensation whatsoever ! Disappointing customer service and care ! We feel ripped off and have no alternative to buy a new washing machine somewhere else with a better price. Awful experience and will not recommend Coopers as trustworthy retailer !

Excellent customer service. They ordered a freezer for me and delivered it to the second floor (which many online shops refuse to do). They were extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Really good range of appliances available. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Much better than the standard stores or online as you could get the advice you need.Not pushy at all. Gave us space and then came over as we were getting a bit lost but helped us with lots of information and helping us to make a decision.Prices are as good as we found online (at least for range cookers which we were looking for) but also able to negotiate.Absolute recommend going here if you are looking for an appliance.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Coopers Appliances! It was realized that the refrigerator in the home in which I am staying needed to be replaced ? a veryspecific-sized refrigerator ? urgently needed - and Coopers Appliances had it in stock. Chris and Umer delivered and installed it within hours of placing the order with Robbie. Despite rain and a very challenging historic home layout, Chris and Umer were professional, patient, conscientious, and incredibly helpful. I've never had such exceptional service! Highly recommend!

From start to finish was a brilliant experience.Starting with the store, I was provided with amazing service. We walked around discussing all the different options before agreeing on a washing machine that I liked.Unfortunately my first option was recalled by the manufacturers, however I was called up straight away by the guys in store and was offered an alternative, that was able to be fitted the very same day. As luckily they had stock in store.The install team...Well I had trouble with my orignal washing machine, which they managed to temporary fix. But I decided it was old and about to go so they happily changed it over.Both of the guys where so friendly and full of joy. Telling me how they also had the same machine as the one I just brought. Which filled me with confidence.I could sit here for hours typing about how amazing they all are. But I'm sure you get the point.Thank you again to the east sheen coopers team!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Monday morning the dishwasher died. Tuesday afternoon a new one was fitted ? Cooper?s were fantastic to deal with, gave them a call, they had a like to like product in stock and it was fitted the next day. The installation guys took time and care to remove the old machine and navigate my previously installed shoddy kitchen!! so they could fit the new machine perfectly. 10 Stars to all of you.Shopping local was SO much more satisfying than online retailers. Thanks !!

I had a broken oven a few days short of Christmas with a fridge full of food. David managed to arrange delivery and installation of a new oven within the same day which was phenomenal. Saved my Christmas!

Absolute stellar lads.They've helped me frequently in multiple specific needs when it comes to electronics.Definitely pop in and have a chat with them; they're extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very professional in their services and customer satisfaction.They range from good, value oriented products, to high end products and services.They're partnered primarily with Euronics - I'm sure you've heard of them. So, the likelihood of Coopers offering a product that you're specifically after is very high.You honestly have nothing to lose, except possibly a few moments of your time on the off chance you don't go with them.Highly recommend.
