The sticker price and the cash register price are different, the staff is very rude and insults the customer. I recommend you not to shop from this store.

Staff behaviour is very poor. I could have given 0 stars. Worst service. The day when I purchased the shoe, no one was there on the floor to help. I waited for 20mins for a retailer to come and assist. That shoe got me medical issues, gripping my fingers and I got a wound on my fingers. I just showed them to replace my shoe. They were like no we can?t replace because it is used. I got my wound after using it. I came know about the problem only after using it. It?s really unfair and their response was really so disappointing. Worst staff service.

Any person with self respect will not purchase from this shop. Terrible staff and even terrible customer service. Should?ve read the reviews before visiting this store. Wonder what is Sport Direct doing with these comments. I guess it don?t matter to them what customers think.

Sports Direct is a thief direct, robber direct. I will never go to sports direct again. Rubbish sports direct. I thought the lady's name will be in the receipt that's why I didn?t take a picture of her. She scanned one item twice. Then told me she did a mistake and she is giving me credit note. I didn?t agree for credit note. Despite I asked for full refund she printed credit note. I told her what should I do with your credit note. Credit note means you have already taken my money. (I cant spend my money freedomly. I have to spend in SD only.) Even though it wasn?t my mistake. Its your mistake. She said Im a human I can do mistake. Yes, human can do mistake but human also can solve. Why r u not solving this mistake by giving me full refund? Then I told the assesstant of manager. He said he cant do anything as she already printed the credit not.Rubbish! Thief! Robber! Sports direct.Be alart everyone before shopping something in sport direct.

I have been a regular customer of SD for 3 years. Today I went there and had a bad experience from one of there staffs working at the basement floor at around 4.30pm.. I think his name is Alex as his other colleague was calling him.. the floor was quite and there was only me and another customer.. he was serving the other customer and I know very well that they serve only one customer at a time.. so I waited.. then he came by my side and I gently asked excuse where I would get boys football boots..he did not even bother to look at me.. he could have said give me a minute or anything, he just looked at me once and just walked away?later he came back to me then I asked him about my query.. he helped me that time.. later the other customer bought a shoe and he went with that customer to the till which is on the first floor.. he came back but did not put any attention..i was asking him repeatedly for help.. he checked few shoes for me but said we don?t have it.. order online.. he was in no intention to find or help a customer.. then he went back again and was not coming back to the floor.. letter I asked for help to another person then he asked him (Alex)to come down again.. he came back and was asking for swimming suit..he showed me and went away.. he was pretending to be quite busy as there was only me as a customer there.. again again asked another person look no one is here to help he just left me somewhere with nothing.. this time he came back and told me it?s a self service and if you have any issues then talk to my manager.. he said that stupid thing and left again.. I don?t think this is the customer service we accept from SD.. if you say you can?t improve your service because you will keep relying on these unprofessional staffs then just notice this ,,, customers have other places to go

Very poorly trained staff and rude, been held by the door for items paid 2 minutes before, just ridiculous how the staff escalate the situation and deal with not going back at all

People pushing, without apologising.Customers jumping the queue with the people at the till that cannot care less.If you have bags, you cannot use the fitting rooms, because they cannot count how many items you have and count them back when you get out.Do not waste your time here, go to Leyton instead.

Not good service. Behaviour is very rude with customer branch should take some action as I already read so many reviews regarding to behaviour this is unacceptable staff need some training not acceptable from sport direct

Very rude behaviour with my family who with child. See this guy who is in picture is laughing on us we buy stuff around 750£ but they don?t care about their customers. He miss behave with family members with child and ask them to get out from store! Why we because if you buying this much of stuff then it will take time. After i try to complaint to manager but they are not present so finally i decided to make review here.

Worst store i have ever seen. They don?t know how to behave customer friendly . Don?t go with product which you purchased before for exchange. They will find every reason not to take it back.

Very bad service, I was waiting for 10 minutes, staff was just keep telling me that somebody is coming, but nobody showed up to help. There is no customer toilet. I decided to leave. I'm not coming back again

The worst shop ever. Bought the trainers for my son. Changed my mind because they were a little bit tight. The lady at the till refused to exchange them because as she said they were worn.Never go there again

The worst customer service experience ever and also sold me something for £22.99 when the label showed it at £ 19.99 when I asked for a refund for charging me extra, the lady laughed in my face ,told me I could get a credit note (even though it was there error in charging me more) and when I asked for the complaint dept contact details she told me "I don't know it ,look on line " and then refused to give me her name, other member of staff was however nice enough to disclose this information and advised me that the rude lady I dealt with is called Alena., never have I been provided such disgusting customer service and looking at the reviews ,it seems to be a thing sportsdirect east ham store seems to do,over charge at the till to rip people off and profit from it. Never will they get a penny from me again.

The behaviour of the staffs are so rude and they think they own the shop?. The way they deal with customers needs to be changed! If this were America ?? then some these staffs would have been got punched or kicked for such behaviour!!!
