Some years ago this placewas controlled by professional, now its runned by people who dont care about there customers, keeps the customers waiting for hours even though a time slot was booked. All they care about is what time everyone is taking there break!

I had a great experience, everyone was very attentive.Fast and friendly service.I strongly recommend it to everyone. In fact, my mother is coming from Brazil to make glasses with you guys. I would like to give Joshua 5 stars for his friendliness, attention and excellent treatment.

I went to the store at 9.00 am but the store wasn?t open but there was workers inside the store they was seated, I was waiting with my son outside in the could weather, still 9.20 and they still open the store.the store open 9.00am, this is wrong.

I got two glasses from them and paid north of £200. One of the frames had multiple chips on it so I asked for it to replaced during delivery. I was reassured that someone will call me and I will get a replacement but no one called. Clearly they don?t care about customer satisfaction and product quality.

Very bad service, as they offered two pairs for the price of one, I paid £248, but they gave me one reading glass and one very focal only ( before I paid they said I can get both exactly same) the fitting of the very focal glasses was quite uncomfortable so went back to them so many times still they couldn?t fix it, so I wasted all my money I have to buy new glasses now, I will make an official complaint to the head office also

Yet again such a wicked experience at specsavers. It was a 2 in 1 with my daughter (first eye test). Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The optician did an amazing job and was really patient with my little one. I appreciated everyone?s kindness- thank you!! :)

NO ONE PICKS UP THE BLOODY PHONE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY. ALL 3 NUMBERS SHOWN ON GOOGLE AND THEIR WEBSITE, NO ONE SEEMS TO FLIPPING ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE.IF I COULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS I WOULD.

Over the holidays I broke my glasses and went to the store on Christmas Eve, I asked if my glasses can be fixed although it?s not a specsavers frame, I met a lovely lady called Anita, she told me I can check if one of the frames can match my lenses and thankfully she managed to find a frame and she fixed it on the spot. Now I?ve got someone to trust on my frame and definitely coming back to this store.

Smooth + Perfect ServiceCalled as an emergency for my mum in the morning - they offered a later appt on the same day and let us know there?d be a wait. We were seen and done within the hour and every member of staff were polite and lovely. My parents have been going here for years and have always been served perfectly. My regular opticians where I go to get my eyes test every 2 years. This time around my eyes sight is a bit poor short slighted so need to wear glasses for reading just waiting to pick up my glasses which cost me £125.00 will post picture of glasses when I receive them. The service was top class got well looked after not a bad word to say.
