We purchased living room sofa from here, very disappointing experience. The sales associate Mohommad was very rude. They charged hundred GBP for delivery and the delivery guy later asked for 20 pounds extra as he couldn't find a parking or he would take the delivery back. Very unprofessional.

Bad service, Mohammad was not friendly at all. charged me £99 for delivery even though the website was doing free delivery. Bad experience.

One of the worst customer service . I bought lazboy sofa with these guys for close to 7k£ . Went there to check for centre table . The person in the counter was so rude and not customer friendly at all !! Worst service!!

Roubish things they sell they give warranty but when things is damage they don?t change . All Sale persons are the thief?sI buy chairs from this company in 6 months all chairs are damage and under warranty but now they don?t change.Don?t go to this shop

Great experience- needed to get some carpet for hallway, stairs and landing. Went in and had a look, great advice given with the the type of carpet needed for that area of the house. Raif and the guys were all very pleasant to.deal with. I ordered a non stock item however it was all measured, ordered and fitted all in 2 weeks. Fitters were also great and even helped me take off the old carpet. Good shop with great guys there. Thank you Raif and Dave

This place has the best value options, best budget friendly sofas. We brought a 3 seater and 2 years on and it coped better then our more expensive brand. Esp with young boys in the house, I'm surprised at how good it still looks. They also have cheaper options for flooring, small range but budget friendly. Looking to purchase their luxury vinyl range at some point.

Don't buy anything from SCS!!!My wife and I purchased a sofa and dining set after being told by sakes assistant Yasser we could cancel within 14 days.We can't afford the purchase any longer as my wife is now not working and have been trying to cancel for past 3 days we are now on day 10.We've been told that we needed to cancel in 7 days but can cancel the finance agreement in 14 days.The staff member said we would lose our deposit and the manager will be in touch.I had to follow up myself and feeling this is being dragged out to take us out of the grace period to cancel.I just had the manager raising his voice over the phone saying we should have called the day 7, which we did.

Please do not use SCS PLEASE!!!! they need to be shut downthe incompetent, lazy thieves.Look at what they left me with below, I paid £350 for fitters fee on top which they are refusing to give back to me, they said no to a refund and trying to charge me an additional £500 for replacement plus I would have to pay for fitters.When you call them they don't answer. The store blames head office and the head office blames the store and the managers have been on holiday since August.They told me to put weight on the damaged area to get rid of the air bubbles.I been living with this disaster since July no one has done anything to rectify this I call them every single day.I just want my money back you messed up give my money back!!!The worst customer service i've ever experience.I need to know what i can do to get this sorted I just want my money back why would i pay more money to them for anything.

Ordered a dining table at the end of Jan 2022. Was told table would arrive around June, we said ok. In June, we are notified table is delayed till July. Ok. In July we are told table is delayed until September due to some staff shortage. Again ok. In September we receive no notification of delays so we wait and we receive nothing on the delivery date. My bf calls them a few days after the delivery date and is told on the phone that the table is delayed AGAIN until October. At this point it's just ridiculous, we've waited so long we've had to make other arrangements, so we have taken the decision to cancel the table. Let's just hope SCS can actually come through this time with a full refund...

This place has got a good selection of decent sofas and carpets on display. There's free parking and decisions can be made in a non pressurised surrounding. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall a nice place.
