Really awful customer service, three members of staff were rude, one skinny lady in an orange dress and the chavviest accent made an unsolicited comment on my size/weight. Till queue was empty but still took a while to get served, despite shop being empty and at least 4 members of staff on the floor.

Decent shop, that doesn't have everything in stock like Westfield Stratford but it does the job sometimes, quiet shop so privacy is nice there. You can shop in peace

0 zero stars for the shop! Nothing to buy at all! The shop looks cheap. The clothes are worse than Matalan. I gave 3 stars for the staff who are willing to help despite the fact that the clothes are horrible.

Amazing store...brilliant staff. Lady called Aisha served me. They were busy but still treated me like I was only one in there. Great customer service. Well stocked up with all the sizes. I was really impressed.
