Awful incapable staff. Have no clue what they?re doing. Tells me I can?t refund something bought from a primark in a different country when in the past I have done this as staff. It does not say this anywhere on the refund/exchange policy and when pointing this out I was told it weren?t their problem. Should be ashamed of themselves I will be putting in a complaint to the head office. Sad to see what primark has become in the years since I have left!

Used to be full of really cool clobber but now it's just sweatshirts and tracky bottoms. Where have all the retro style shirts and jackets gone? Maybe they sacked all their designers and got new people from sports direct.
