Visited for the my pet pals workshop with my 2 children. We all absolutely loved it! We learnt so much and my children enjoyed it all. Very fun packed and informative! I do have to say Zoya (I believe that was her name) made the entire workshop so much more fun! She was so friendly and great with the kids and also me who has a fear of animals! Thank you Zoya!

I visited pets at home this today to find a new addition to my fish hobby. Zoya and Laura were very friendly, kind and patient. Their customer service was great ! and yes, I would be going back there soon.

On 19/06/2025, I came to collect a product I had reserved. I had called the store on 03/06/2025 , and the staff confirmed my item was still in place. When I arrived, the female front desk staff (brown hair, visible tattoos) immediately told me my product was ?not available? because my email was not on their system. I explained multiple times that I had already called to confirm, gave my full name and address for verification, and even offered to show my call log as proof.
Instead of checking, she argued with me in front of other customers, repeatedly saying the item wasn?t there. Only after several minutes of going back and forth did she finally check ? and immediately handed me my product without any apology.
The whole situation was avoidable if she had listened the first time. I left embarrassed and feeling singled out. I believe this was racial bias, as I was treated dismissively, publicly, and without basic courtesy ? something that would not have happened if I were not a young dark-skinned woman. This behaviour is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I recently used the services of pet at home, and I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of experienced staff.
The team seemed unsure about basic pet care products and were unable to provide any helpful recommendations tailored to my pet's specific needs. It was frustrating to ask questions and receive vague or unhelpful responses.
Additionally, it felt like there was a significant lack of training among the staff, which made me question the overall quality ,I expected better guidance and support, especially when it comes to the well-being of my beloved pet.
Overall, I would not recommend pet at home if you're looking for knowledgeable staff who can offer reliable advice and support. I hope they invest in training their team to improve the experience for future customers.
