Just went to McDonalds in Beckton Gallions reach and I was served by a woman who boasted working there for ?10 years? by the name of ?Ash? and the level of service I received was horrific.
I was told to move along in such a rude manner and when I received my food, I saw the top bun had been spat on.
I understand 5am is a difficult time to stay positive and serve the public but maybe staff should not be coming in if they are not up for serving the public in a correct manner.
A colleague like Ash will get your place closed down.
Please look into this McDonalds.
You can not trust this branch to have safe clean food with people like this working for you!!!

If you want to go for a quiet lunch this is NOT the place for you it's just too busy with kids running around and a bit rowdy (just my opinion).?

Hi there , today we came to MacDonalds Gallion reach and were attended by Ayran the manager , he really served us in a very good manner and we enjoyed our dinner, he was very friendly and smiling all the time and managing the workers well we wish him all the best

There was a fly buzzing around in the box containing my mcspicy burger. This shop should be closed down for bad hygiene. Absolutely disgusting, will never come here again.

The people preparing your burger don't wear gloves.
The server would rather argue with customers than give them their meals.
Avoid this place unless you don't care about service or hygiene.

Ordered from JustEat and I cannot express how mad I am!
Ordered my kids food and no kids meal was put in the bag! Big Mac?s missing and no sauces that were paid for, food that did turn up was mashed and thrown in. Ridiculous.
Won?t be ordering from this place again. It?s not the first time either this has happened.
Management need to seriously look into it.
Now I have to mess about with Justeat to get a refund on all the food they couldn?t even be bothered to put in the bag!

Had a genuinely great experience here. The team was fantastic?Satinder greeted me with a warm smile and made sure everything was spot on. Ishtiaq, the assistant manager, went above and beyond by bringing my coffee over while I was tied up on a conference call?such a thoughtful touch! The place was clean, service was quick, and the atmosphere relaxed. Really appreciated the extra care from the staff.
