If you spend 1 whole hour with a customer at the counter, your one hour will be paid. My one hour will be waste. Time is money. Please try to be more efficient. If you have knowledge of your job you don't need to ask again and again for your senior colleagues. Please give them training their If needed. If you need 20 minutes to set up direct debit, this is not the right job for you. And please keep funking mouth shut JAS.

Very bad customer service, I had only three people in front of me and they took one hour to just call me out. They had a new employee who who who is blonde and very young and she doesn't know anything every single minute she has to ask for help from her employees. She doesn't know how to count money or how to use computer. And doesn't know how to fix the machine too. Because of her continuously, her manager supervisor and colleagues all came just to help her. Which was quite unnecessary because at least one person has to work In the cashie which made the waiting to even more longer. For the entire 1 hour she keeps making faces. And saying one second to customer which is taking like a one hour

Lloyds bank in East Ham the customer service is always on point they always go out their way to help customers. Today 24/02/2023 first time witnessed a ATM taking my card as well as my money, came down to East Ham, Jo sorted my balance out I?m getting a refund. Thank you Jo, for your amazing customer service.
