Takes forever to get your food. The staff use the system to say it is ready immediately, maybe they are trying to make it look like they are efficient.
Be prepared for extremely long wait times, and make sure you check your food as they tend to miss things you have ordered, or find another branch

Very Disappointing Experience ? Store Closed Early Despite 11 PM Closing Time
I had a very disappointing experience at your branch. I arrived at 10:00 PM, well before the listed closing time of 11:00 PM, but I was not allowed to sit in the dining area. On top of that, I was told I needed permission just to use the toilet.
This treatment made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. If staff are going to stop allowing customers to sit or use basic facilities an hour before closing, then the official hours should be updated to reflect that.
This was a very upsetting experience, and I hope it will be taken seriously to avoid similar issues in the future.
