Today I went to HSBC as I had a problem with my online banking app. I was approached in very arrogant and rude manner by one of the employees. Another employee joined her and had a conversation regarding their private life despite the long queue of people wanting to be served. I have tried to explain my problem with the app, but I was pointed the way out while the employee was chewing her gum and she said ?go and fix your phone first, and then come back.?The lack of customer service is huge and the disrespectful way how loyal customers are treated is obviously impacting my experience with HSBC. I hope that management will take my review into consideration as I have even considered leaving HSBC.

very poor lack of communication and some staff can't explain things properly. I wasted 2 hours in there and a lady said any bank statement is valid so I print one out from my current bank and another colleague says that they dont accept it. the staff clearly need to be trained well, dont just employ any person.

John was at the reception desk today and we was thoughtful, resourceful and helpful in every which way. There was a queue heading out the door but he remained calm, he was speedy without rushing people and he was knowledgeable. Thank you ??

Short staffed. They?ll have you forever waiting in the que. 30+ minsThis happens every time I go there. I once waited in the que and can see one staff member serving a customer and another staff member just looking around, doing something ?It?s a shame that, I have to go to another branch with a train and bus just to avoid this sinking ship of a branch. They?ll get rid of you all in time and make you redundant, when crypto takes over and banks are no longer needed.

RUDEST staff ever? Faulty machine, took cash but not showing money deposited to card. Asked staff, ultimately rude and unwilling to help. Disappointed and disgusted

I am fully satisfied with HSBC bank service. They are helpful, kind, polite and gentle. if you go to the East Ham HSBC bank they will try to help you at anyhow. I think their service is the best. I must say, everyone, should go to this HSBC bank.
