Good value as you?d expect from Home Bargains. The store is larger which means you tend to find what you need from toiletries, cleaning products, soft furnishings, gardening, toys etc. That being said, it can get busy and queues can be very long so ensure you factor for that in your visit as it is seldom a quick checkout.
In the most part, the staff are clueless and do not care to deliver any customer service. The till operators are usually busy chatting across tills, on their phones or creating queues by not knowing what they are doing.

The store has an excellent range of products, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired, especially at the till point. The guy on the till (wearing sunglasses on his head) closed his till even though there was a queue. I made my complaint to a supervisor who was not interested in the fact that she had jumped the queue ahead of other customers. There was a junior manger in casual wear but he just didn't want to get involved. This store needs to review their customer service standards. Not a good experience on this occasion.
Not too regular a shopper to this store, but anytime I do go there, there are too many gaps on the shelves. I rarely get everything I need. Not really a well managed store. And they still have queues at the two or three tills they decide to open!!

Refuse to take £50 notes . Said they don?t have enough change. Shocking behaviour and very rude and unprofessional specially manger in charge Cloi and cashier also. I think they forgot where they are living!! This is UK !!!

Staff member was asked for his name after he refused to serve 2 separate white customers (said till was closed) but continued to serve customers who were the same race as him. Asked several times for his name he refused and walked away. He was wearing management uniform. Really poor customers service.
