I wasted my time going to this store and going by the ratings, clearly so have many others. I went to gallions reach specifically to go to H&M and arrived at 7.45pm. The security person at the door didn?t allow me in and physically blocked me from entering, although it is stated online the store closes at 8pm and therefore was still open. I told him this multiple times and he continued to speak over me and tell me that the store was closed when it was not! I?ll be complaining to H&M customer service as this is unacceptable way to treat your customers.

Terrible customer service. Asked the same girl two questions and she was very rude and not helpful at all. She was not able to show me where an item was and just said ?on the left side of the store?. She also told me to go to the till if i had any other questions??? Barely any staff in the store.

Sale Assistant name is Ayn and she claimed she?s the Department Manager, I asked for help to find out right size but she is very rude. She told me she?s finishing her shift in 4mins So she can?t do it. I asked can I have see your Manager she is just pointing me to go next floor to find her. Terrible customer service!

Today I went to exchange something I bought online to a smaller size, however was told by the ?manager? Ayn that this is not possible. I explained I have always changed it in this store but apparently her rule has always been in place and I can?t exchange it because she?s the manager and I can?t do anything about it. Let me tell you something dear, you?re only a manager for H&M and that?s nothing to boast and be proud of

I've been very disappointed at the Gallions Reach store. Recently, I purchased multiple items but no bag was available as it was removed from the shopfloor because people steal it, which was the reason from the cashier. So this was 2 fingers shown to customers, basically they were telling us if we buy multiple stuff then tough, you're on your own. They just didn't care, customers will buy multiple items but will have to take responsibility to carry them to the till. I don't know if this is replicated to other stores, but definitely Gallions Reach. Don't know if their policy will change.

Good shop with lots of clothes to choose from, reason for 4 stars is they should have more tills and get rid of self service

My experience at h&m is great. I love their clothes. I can basically find most things I am looking for when I go shopping at their stores. So it's always one of my go-to before any other shops. And they are also one of the best for basic wears ?. Will always recommend them ?
