Halfords has made it impossible to cancel their ?motoring club? subscription. Online you just go through loops trying to cancel it. The shops can?t help either. Biggest scam I?ve ever seen. DO NOT JOIN THEIR MOTORING CLUB. Trust me, it?s not worth the hassle.

The guy named Ayube, was brilliant served me right there and then and even advised me on a better option would definitely go back because of him made my experience better and made some jokes which made my day. brilliant service and customer care !!!

Always understaffed. The queue becomes ridiculous at times. An Asian guy called Ben is pretty rude and condescending towards customers. Has no patience and expects the customer to know absolutely everything. Asked him a question about a product and he didn?t know the answer and started waffling - then tried to explain it in a patronising manner. Not the first time I?ve had to deal with that from him. He was also extremely rude to the customer who he served before me. Zero customer service. The other boys are alright but too busy trying to sell their own private businesses and services to customers.

Went for a headlight bulb change. Mark was fantastic. it was tricky to get hands in there to take the cap off but, Mark persevered and came through.

What a great service, Daksh provided an amazing service, answered all my questions and more and gave me the perfect recommendations. Staff like Daksh is a prime example of why I leave stores happy and return to stores in the future. Give this guy a promotion or a raise!
