I frequently goes to Greggs in East Ham,I was shocked that they r charging 20% Vat in bill for Dine in,and they r not even telling we charge 20% vat on dine-in,if we ask them like y u charging 20% vat,u know what they say, they say we have a policy that don't tell to the customer like that,please don't encourage like kind of things guys,because we know that every penny is Valuable, it's not good,the solution is please take away u r food,Thank you

I?m a big fan of Greggs. Out of all their brunches, East Ham is the best one. Only because of their customer service. Everyone works there are so warm, kind and welcoming. Especially Rafia. I would rather drive 30 minutes extra but I prefer to buy from East Ham brunch. Thank you all in East Ham Greggs.

I usually enjoy Greggs, but my recent experience at this particular location in London was the worst I?ve ever had. It was all due to the behavior of an extremely rude staff member, an Indian lady whose name I don?t know. Her attitude was miserable, and her customer service was appalling. She started shouting at customers for no reason, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. If I could, I would give zero stars for the service.

I would've given 0 stars if I could. There is an indian lady called devia which when I ordered my food, I saw the bags which food is served on fall down on the floor. She then just picked it up like it was nothing and put my food in the bag which fell down. I then proceeded to ask her why she is serving me food in a dirty bag. She then proceeded to shout at me and said what's the problem if it fell down? It's still clean.
The time was around 1:30. I want a proper investigation about it.
