Was conned by store manager directly (Fez). Ended up with unwanted new contract on top of my existing contract which means double bill for this and next months. Do not trust him, be careful of phrases such as: ' you can cancel contract any time' - no, you can't, you need to give 30 days notice to cancel contract meanwhile, your bill is roll overed to the next month; 'come to see me and I will cancel it for you' - when you come, he says 'I never told you this'. Read the previous reviews - there quite a few reports on this manager - it is shocking that he is still working there and using dishonest tactics to fool people. I contacted EE Accessibility service - I am deaf - and they helped me to sort out the problem caused by him. It is a shame that one dishonest person undoes the good work of others.

Was told I would be able to receive insurance on my new sim deal but then found out I couldn't after switching! Get your workers to understand their stuff!

They mess my contact with 2 line and the store manager foyze told me to not warrid about the Bill I will refund you at the end, but now I end up paying £45 more than what I should pay\\nI don't recommend any one in this stor\\nOr ee 3 is much better than this one ?

Tried to get a replacement top up card for my mother from his franchise without success got the manager to order some in special as they no longer carry them in store as an item people might want ps it's because it's free an they make no money on it, after a long grinding wait he finally sent the required email to order it and I was told to return on Tuesday gone. I didn't return till the Wednesday only to be told there wasn't any in the store and once again trying to get me to buy a new sim pack which would not be able to fill my need. All the staff there are slow have you waiting for ever for the simplest things half don't want to be there and it shows in their work and dealing with customers. Many older people on pay as you go don't want to change their number if they loose their top up card's so to be able to get replacement one's was ideal but for some reason EE no longer want to look after customer's unless you are buying something expensive, the small thing's done early gets you bigger rewards later EE you no longer are the go to store more like the stay away from store and I'm not alone
