Avoid Domino?s East Ham at all costs if you adhere to a vegetarian diet. I found a piece of chicken on my vegi supreme pizza. To make matters worse, when I initially contacted them there was no apology whatsoever. Careless and lacking customer service skills.

The pizza which has been delivered is not eatable with tremendous topping of olive and jalapeños on top without asking for any extra topping. Disappointed a lot with dominos service East Ham, I called the store and sent them photos, but they end up saying that it?s normal topping as per company policy

Cooking food without gloves? Like come on guys your hygiene rate is at 5 for no reason. And I work at retail myself and if a customer requests something as easy as wearing cloves there?s a way to respond. Domino?s teach your colleagues how to do customer service because a lot of your branches don?t know how to handle customer. Like really disappointed never coming back again, that?s for sure.

Would give negative 5 if that was an option! Absolute shambles. Took an hour for the pizza to get delivered, even though it was 5 min drive to my place. Tracker says order delivered and when i called them, they said it?s on the way. Trainee driver and poor management
