the ladies that work there are soooo friendly and helpful. I find all the people working in East Ham are very grumpy and unfriendly, however in this shop you get good customer service and the staff are always so happy! love coming in here :)

The stuff are unbelievable, and specially the manager doesn?t know how to talk to customers and to her staff arguing in front of the customers with her staff. Definitely will not be using this place again

It was terrible, not the products but the service funny enough it was the manager, I read her name tag (Gemma and she's blonde and loud).
As soon as me and my friend walked in she whispered over to another customer that we were here to pickpocket, this was just plain rude she didn't even know us. My friend picked up a card and the manager Gemma snatched it out of her hands and said you can look not touch and then she went on and on about it over and over again following us around the store it really made me frustrated, treating us like criminals, I'm 16 and a hijabi and my friend is aswell, I'm guessing she was racist, she started yelling at us, she was awful, the whole experience was awful, dont come to this card factory if your Muslim or if your under 18, they won't treat you like your human or fairly. Gemma if you're seeing this I hope you get fired

If you struggle for a gift card that can fit in your present, I am sure you will find helpful advices from Laura and Kellie. Lovely and open for help. Cheap store, very good. I will come back!

I regularly come here for my cards, ballon?s etc, all the staff are lovely, polite and the shop has great customer service. The manager took time with us in selecting our cards, thank you Gemma for all your help.and we will see you again.

Incredible experience visiting this store. I needed some guidance with which card and wrapping to use for a specific type of gift and Gemma went above and beyond to help me and advise on best options. I'm ever so grateful to her. Wonderful all round!

Used to be a cheap card shop but it's prices have moved higher. Still decent and the cheapest card shop around.
