Didn't hear any moans from anyone about their food.
Was happy to find a table in a corner where we could all talk and hear each other(5 of us) but it was very cold

We did say but it didn't get any warmer. We had to sit in our coats. So left as soon as we had finished eating. Didn't stay for desserts. It seems a couple on a table nearby might have felt the same. They came after us but left before.
Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing bad to navigate.

Great staff. Warm welcome. Allergy treated seriously which was appreciated. Service fast and efficient, food great. Bad tempered customers dealt with very well. Would happily return.

Lovely service, toilets need a bit of modernising but the staff were absolutely brilliant! I left a bag and they returned it, whole and complete. Absolute legends! Thank you ?

Was overcharged for a small glass of wine. £10.38 instead of £4.59. I didn't keep receipt just saw it on bank account. Nothing they can do.

I recently visited Windsor House in Beckenham, and the ambiance was lovely when I walked in. I felt welcomed upon arrival, thanks to a lovely staff member named Pranaya, who was warm and professional. She made a great first impression and later served us our desserts with the same kindness and attentiveness.
I ordered from the Sunday roast menu and also had desserts?both were absolutely splendid. The food was 10/10, and it?s clear the kitchen takes great care in preparing their dishes.
Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the poor service from another staff member named Shahal. Before serving me, I noticed him using his phone, which came across as unprofessional. When I asked him relevant questions about the menu, he seemed uninterested and dismissive. His body language made it clear that he wasn?t willing to engage, and it felt like he was being forced to assist me. This really threw me off, especially since it was my first time at the restaurant.
It?s disappointing because the food itself was incredible, and Pranaya?s excellent service stood out. However, Shahal?s poor attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. While I?m undecided about whether I?ll return, I strongly urge the management to be more mindful of who they hire to represent their restaurant. Great service is just as important as good food, and this experience fell short in that regard.

Visited with my family and really liked it. A great spot with a lovely staff, tasty food and a cosy atmosphere. We will definitely go back

We?d booked for Christmas Day dinner. However, our daughter became ill that morning. Me & my husband went along in the hope they could help. THEY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND. They boxed up all 3 of our starters & puds, giving us the chance to box up our own carvery & we were able to take all food home so when/if our daughter felt better we could still have Christmas dinner together. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you x
