Went to B&Q today to buy a few items. Got shouted by YAM for asking her to apply a voucher send by B&Q . I am sorry but she should not work in coustomer service. HORRIBLE attitude.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. Been waiting for a month. Nothing arrives. No one replies. No money returned either. So unprofessional. Complete waste of time and money to buy from these people.

Worst customer service I have experienced so far.
I purchased a table one month ago which was meant to be delivered three days after. I have rung over 10 times, they keep promising a different delivery day, yet it never arrives. They?ve already rescheduled 5 delivery days and none of them have they succeeded to come and deliver. We are a store open full time on any day of the week. There are no excuses as to them not being able to deliver. On top of all of this they do not return the money nor do they contact you to explain what is happening. You have to keep ringing yourself and wait for over an hour to have anyone reply to your call. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND purchasing at this store.

Super slow person at the till and only two self-service tills opened. Staff in kitchen chatting to customer for ages when they can see a cue of potential customers forming and waiting a long time but not providing any updates as to when they will be able to help. The two stars are for the staff who do care and are awesome, because, amongst the mass unhelpfulness, there a couple who are doing a good job and are helpful. I guess it makes them stand out a lot more but the overall lack of quality in customer service does very much drag the whole store down.

Terrible place, wouldn?t recommend it this !&q at all. Wanted to buy some floor boards, sent to 3 different places to put the order and told different things. Managers said to order online. Waste of time.

Came in to look at paint - Sajid was super helpful and attentive.
Then I needed a bracket that they didn?t have but Jacob took his time to help me find a suitable replacement.
Really enjoyed my experience today but it would be really helpful if B&Q added customer toilets so I don?t need to rush.

We came in towards closing time and after a long day of searching Zakir came and helped us like an absoloute angel using very soft language with us and helping us even thought it was nearly time to go home.
