Shahida has been amazing and I witnessed her deal with some unruly customers which she handled with such patience and professionalism. Another lady also, didn't get her name, she is blonde with glasses also was amazing. The women at Eastham's branch have been welcoming and lovely.”
“This east ham natwest branch is very helpful and experienced. A Staff member Meena helped me with very accurate information about account opening process ive been to stratford broadway branch and person named fatima wasted my whole month by forgetting to scan back side of residence permit i dont understand how they got the job and also were rude so i had to raise complaint against stratford broadway branch for causing me financial loss.East Ham natwest branch is very helpful”

Apart from Trolleys yes it's the weekend but for 50% of customers are carrying baskets due to no trolleys then it's an issue, asda should invest in making shopping a more pleasant experience at present it's a nightmare”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Their IT system had broken my online-only account, and they got it fixed despite having many complicated steps to go through that only one of the tellers knew how to do.There was also a woman next to me who wanted to send a large amount of money to someone but realised she forgot her ID at home, so her teller obviously couldn't process the transaction. The teller was very sympathetic and provided several alternative options, some of which where rather creative.Side-note: maybe they could improve privacy at the teller windows. I couldn't help overhearing the woman next to me.”
