This store some of staff are very rude. One of staff name is TUMMY she is very rude with everyone.my card was decline and money has gone . They said it will come back for few days but after 15 days when I was there they said we don't know nothing.this stuff Tummy was very rude.she don't know how to work with customer. Very disappointed. still I didn't get my money back!!!!!!

The Asda has everything I need it also has a McDonald's next to it and is a very useful place to get things.I enjoy shopping there.

I think your staffs doesn?t know how to handle customers and how to deal with customers effectively. Staffs especially who are moving and handling customers near checkouts. I think Asda didn?t train their staff how to treat and handle customers. Can?t we ask any questions about rate difference between inputs in systems and stickers attached? Today I asked one of your ladies staff in Beckton Asda but she raised her voice and said that she has been working since long time and the price is always same. And I just told her to change the stickers and she replied that if you want to buy it or not otherwise she erased the product from my checkout. So rude and arrogant staff. I never see like this staff in any other store than Asda Beckton.

This Beckton Asda is really going downhill, most of the time the veg and fruit section is always empty. Staff don?t smile and the shelf stackers just come straight at you with their stock and don?t give a damn. Without customer?s you guys don?t have a job so treat customers with respect!

I've ordered some groceries yesterday which are to be delivered today morning. Till the delivery time it showed store is packing and then after sometime suddenly it says order was cancelled. This is disgusting and you people are just wasting customers time.

Probably the worst supermarket, click and collects orders have no individual present to give you your shopping. You can push the ?I am here? button on the app a million times and no one turns up to help, however they are walking in and out watching you standing there and doing nothing about it. To avoid this you place an order for delivery and wait for it to turn up. The time has lapsed so you call customer service to enquire where it is, as the app says they are on the way. Customer service calls the Asda Beckton branch and informs me that they don?t have drivers and won?t be delivering but I am welcome to click and collect it. No email, no phone call, no app message to inform me of what?s happened. If anyone wants to excel at terrible customer service and communication, work at this store.
