Always helpful staff . Good range of services. Best Post Office in the area. Don?t get frustrated with occasional post office queue. Longer queues in other POs. Thank you staff. JS

The staff at the post office were incredibly impolite, lacking even the most basic courtesy and manners. On three separate occasions, I attempted to send a package, only to encounter misleading information, inadequate explanations, or outright incorrect guidance. This often contradicted the information provided on the Royal Mail website.Initially, I was informed that the cheaper price was only applicable if I purchased online. However, upon doing so, I found myself navigating a malfunctioning website that would only allow me to select "Print Label In Store" after scheduling a home collection.During my second visit, armed with the label containing a QR code on my phone, I was told it was incorrect and directed to another desk to print the label. Despite the website stating "Free Printing In Store," I was quoted £1.80 and curtly informed, "Not here."On my third attempt, having printed the label at home, I returned to be informed that I had to affix the label myself, and that they did not provide tape. I objected, only to be told once more that "It's only free printing with the QR code," despite my email indicating that the QR code was unavailable. The staff refused to provide even a small piece of tape to assist me after wasting my time several times already.Frustrated, I left and visited the Holborn Post Office on my way to work. There, I was promptly provided with a roll of tape and scissors upon request, enabling me to send off my parcel without further hassle. A decent person!I would have been more tolerant of these inconveniences had I been treated with respect and provided with accurate instructions. Unfortunately, each interaction left me either bewildered or frustrated due to the staff's rudeness and apparent enjoyment in mistreating customers. It is clear that either comprehensive retraining is necessary for the existing staff or new employees need to be recruited.Avoid this place for now!

It's usually very good service, just only once I have bad experience with the staff. Apart of that, every time I go for posting the experience is pretty good.

Staff are extremely rude and hostile, as if they don?t want to be there serving customers. I strongly believe the staff steal parcels as i have sent 2 packages of at different times and dates and ironically both parcels did not reach the recipient. I would seriously avoid comming here. Please use the post office in North Finchley. Rude place!

Printing here is so expensive! Was quoted £120 to print a 700 page b&w document, instead, I took the 234 bus for 20 mins to Archway to Absolute Print for under £35

I cannot praise this Post Office enough. Everyone who works here is genuinely helpful. I've never had anything but a good experience here.UOE post office did my driving licence photo renewal and online submission on Wednesday and my new licence arrived by post on Saturday. The lady in UOE explained everything, checked everything, and it was an astonishingly straightforward and not awkward process. Thank you so much UOE, fab as ever.

I was shocked that the young lady at the counter made me buy sellotape because I had forgot to seal my small envelope. I understand this should not be the norm to seal customers envelopes however, on this occasion it was a genuine mistake. Very disappointing to see what has become of humanity. I let the tape for the lady so she can give it to customers who may have been in the same situation as me. My advice would be to be kind as the way you presented yourself today was disrespectful and not human like.

When I went to the post office today, (24.11.22 around 12pm)I had to send a package and I forgot to write the address on it. I tried to use the spare pens on the table to write the address, but they didn't work. later, when I started using one of the pens that were on sale, the man in charge said that I had to buy them because I couldn't use them, and I accepted. Because he was right and he was just doing his duty. It was not a problem for me when he reminded me that I had to pay. I said I would ask for the price of the pen and pay it. (our conversation took a little longer, but this is the result). Then I bought a tape and completed my mail and went to the box office with my pen, tape and mail. While I was leaving, I saw that the gentleman on duty was whispering something about me to the girl at the box office to whom we asked the price of the pen. I didn't mind. but when I was at the box office to send my mail and make my payments, he also came there and whispered to the girl there about me and tried to make sure I paid as far as I could tell. but it was very rude of him to do it in such a way repeatedly whispering to someone about me. because everyone there (waiting in line) can clearly see that they are whispering about me. I found this very rude and insulting. I believe the way he does his job shouldn't be like that. If he would like to make sure did I pay them he can kindly ask for receipt or something else.I am 8years local in east finchley and have never seen something that much rude.

Hi wanted to share some disappointment that I had.The government issued vouchers to help people overcome the high living cost for energy and so those vouchers were sent to my house. However we couldn't use it as the post office employees have the power to decide who gets the vouchers. My story starts with the first voucher received under the landlord's name and we have proof of address that we are living in the flat. For the first time that was enough to use the voucher. However the second voucher was not possible to use as it was still under my landlord's name and the employers refused to accept it, even though the fob key would prove that a is for the same address referred in the letter. So I have contacted energy company to change the account holder name. I went back and showed everything as proof that the account was now under my name, with the same account reference referred in the letter. The management refused and said nothing on screen would not suffice, indirectly acussing me I could scam the government. When I was simply asking to charge the same fob key attached to the same address mentioned in the letter and this time with proof that I have now the account under my name. So they said only the letter needed to have my name. this resulted in waiting 1h on the phone just to have them sending me a new voucher under my name and the letter came 2 weeks after. I have spent this past cold and snowing days without heater and with blankets to cover my 2 years old son. Even when I spoke with the energy bill they said they didn't understand their attitude. It's a shame that the government is trying to help families and the employers of the post office get to decide and jeopardize people's life giving them power to choose who gets the vouchers. A little help turn the whole family in suffering with cold
