Truly a little gem. Everything was perfect, both the food and the service. The manager made us feel at home and treated us amazingly. His attention to detail is second to none. We fell in love with this place and will definitely come back!

Excellent local French restaurant with a good variety of excellently prepared dishes on the menu. Service can be a bit slow when the restaurant is very busy.

The service was smiling and efficient. We had onion soup, skate wing (generous) and steak. All were delicious. A pleasant atmosphere. Tables not too cramped and surprisingly well patronised for a Monday night, so probably best to book.

Dined at Table Du Marche as we were in the area.
It was lunch, so the Prix Fix menu was offered so we ordered:
Gravalax, avocado, pickled fennel, rocket, sour cream.
Steamed mussels with garlic, shallots, parsley, white wine & cream
Pan-fried calfs liver, caramelised onion & red wine jus, chive mashed potato
Portions are big compared to other French restaurants and I found their food to be on the buttery and heavy side especially for the creamy mussel sauce and the mashed potatoes.
Other than that, it was all good except the gravalax contained the grey part from the cut and some of the calf's liver was near the arteries which made it chewy.

Very nice French food, good wine selection. Stuff is very attentive and knowledgeable, great atmosphere, cozy. We really enjoyed our dinner.

It used to be my favourite restaurant in East Finchley! The staff used to be so lovely and food was great! Felt like home! That is until they hired their new manager who is sadly nothing but rude and condescending! Every time we went she?s left us with sour taste because of her behaviour and comments! Such a shame it?s changed! Food still great though, but experience ruined!

Went on a Wednesday at 6pm for a quick dinner for one as a 9-month pregnant person. Restaurant was half empty although the waitress mentioned there were a lot of bookings coming up later. I was first told I could get a table for less than an hour. I confirmed that was fine and was ready to put in my order. I was then denied service for no apparent reason and had to go somewhere else despite the fact a lot of tables were still empty. As a French person, I'm used to moody waiters but I've never been denied service before, and definitely not without a proper reason. A real shame because the menu looked good.
