The order was missing one of the drinks, a large bottle of Pepsi Max and after contacting the store they informed me they will send the drink. The driver was very suspicious as he was acting weird when he was asked to check his box. After reading another review of a customer with the same experience as mine, I realise there is definitely something wrong with the driver or the store. My drink was never delivered.

Need to sort out deliveries. Not much point using Uber to deliver, if they do multiple deliveries and don?t use ?keep warm? foil bags as pizzas are turning up cold. It?s no different to giving your riders 2x deliveries, the first being in Hampstead and the second being in East Finchley?. The rider goes past the shop and then delivers a cold pizza to East Finchley. Sort it out??????

In the last year they've switched to using Uber to deliver. The drivers typically take ages to pick up the order and then don't store it in a heated delivery bag so it arrives late and cold. If they used their own drivers again it'd be fine but as it stands it's a waste of time ordering delivery from them

What a rip off, pizza looks nothing like it?s meant to as hardly anything on it but cheese and a couple of bits of olive , should be closed down, I escalated it to head office as it happens too often here, 7 out of 10 times it?s piss poor and you?d get better in Tesco for £3, here?s a what you buy and what you get photo

I ordered through Uber and my drink in my order never arrived, after I called the driver I was told that shop did not give him the drink, then called the shop and they said they did, one blaming the other, in the end I have a house full of people and an incomplete order which no one is bothered to try to help, only interested in blaming the other person! No thought for the customer.
