I couldn't be happier with my experience! The quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service from David went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It?s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but this one definitely does. Highly recommend! David was extremely knowledgeable about Spainish wines. I wanted a little taste from my holiday. David delivered. I was going to go to the corner shop, but why go there when you can go to Majestic, where people know about wines. Thank you David

Will avoid shopping in this branch on the days the (younger?) lady staff is on duty.
There's no sign at the door whether their security door lock is on or off on a particular day, but she looks same annoyed when we guess wrong either way and ring / not ring by mistake.
Also got a not-very-friendly warning of my wine tasting portions. I accept that 1/3 of a tasting glass portion might be a bit over but I think I still deserve a more comfortable reminder.

Ordered a big delivery for Christmas party. No one answered phone or returned messages to modify order in days prior to delivery. Delivery arrived late. Majestic say they won?t collect equipment; glasses and bins. Never made that clear before.

Good company but should consider alternative forms of advertising aside from posted flyers. These are bad for the planet and quite irratating.

Great selection and great value. And to their enormous credit, the staff will point you towards the wines that are being discounted as promotions. Excellent place.

Just visited to get some Estrella Galicia Beer from Majestic Muswell Hill. The male staff member was friendly and polite. He even offering to take the box of beer to my car. Very impressed with the service here. Keep up the good work!

Wines from everywhere at great prices staff who know what they are talking about. I just can't wait to get back to normal and have the tasting sessions again God willing this will be soon. Once again thank you for a great experience cheers

Great place but have no choice but to give low feedback as marked as open until 8pm on Sat but actually closes at 7pm!!! Disaster for anyone on a tight Saturday night schedule!!!!
