This really is a nice store, the staff are really friendly, there are lots of regular customers that go there which is always a good sign. Everytime I go I am met with a smile and my coffee is always perfect. The staff get very busy with lots of orders for delivery but they always manage so well. Really nice outside seating also. This is a really nice cafe.

Today i visited this Costa coffee store which is not on my way to work but made my whole day.
Shout out to that constantly smiling blond face that was so kind and patiently helped me with the app ,explained all those new options of drinks. If i am not wrong her name was christiana or christina
It does definitely worth it visiting, you just gained a new loyal customer!! ?

I ordered mocha coffee as usuall for takeaway.but It looked like they forgot to add chocolate so taste was different and also cakes wasn't fresh so I put in the bin ,I waste my money and time

Yesterday I witnessed the English barista lady shouting at a disabled customer who asked to use the accessible bathroom. She caused a huge scene, the customer was quiet and trying to explain. She told him to show her evidence of disability which he did and she refused to read it. She confiscated his and his friend?s drinks and banned him from returning. It was humiliating to watch and I can only imagine how that poor customer felt.

Wonderful time with my family and only £19.75 for 3 drinks and 3 warmed sandwiches, service was amazing and very kind they were polite and welcoming even recommend new items! Our servers were Catrina who was friendly to all the guests served while we were there and denisa who was fantastic and helpful, the atmosphere was lovely and our food and drink was amazing! Overall a great experience and will come back soon to take the kids for there hot milkshakes recommended by Catrina!Kid-friendliness: Very calm and helpful towards younger children always had a smile when talking to them.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp outside to help with strollers and wheelchair accessibility.

There's a sense of unpleasantry in the atmosphere most due to the unfriendlyness of the staff. Fake smile and constant grunt at customers is not appropriate manner to welcome patrons. The store experiences a high volume of schools once school is out and most of them sit in groups and aren't true customers. On my visit, which was in the afternoon, seating was available and the tables and floor were clean enough for new visits. Inside was warm and I was able to relax and have my meal without much disturbance. There was a huge water leak in the restrooms, though it didn't pose any safety risk to customers, it wasn't really pleasing to see. I hope management get it sorted as soon as possible.Vegetarian options: Meat and dairy-free options are available.Kid-friendliness: The entire family can visit.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is suitable for a wheelchair.

Me and my friend (both aged 16 however are still in year 11) decided to go to Costa after school. After our walk to get there, we asked for a caramel cortado. The barista declined our order saying she could not serve us caffeine due to the fact that we were under 16. After repeatedly telling her we were 16, she raised her voice at us and was very hostile. We have come to this Costa many times before and after school and there never seemed to be an issue before so we couldn't understand why there was an issue this time around. We left empty-handed and upset.
