Place is awful. The cutlery are never washed properly and everything so unhygienic. Sitting condition so bad. Overall pathetic place. Staff make nice coffee though

Staff are very nice, always very helpful and pleasant. However, I?m surprised the council has the audacity to give them a Food hygiene rating of more than one star. The place (inside and out) is absolutely disgusting.

I visited tecently and had a quick meeting with a friend to sign some paperwork.
We had a cup of coffee that was very ordinary and quite expensive. It was just a standard white coffee or Americano.
I wanted hot milk and the server huffed and puffed over my request preferring to just put cold milk in my coffee.
The cinnamon roll was dry and not quite burnt, but crumbly and too flaky.
I can't in all honesty recommend this place, but it seems to be popular with lots of people sitting for hours on their computers.

Normally coffee is great here but this morning ordered a cappuccino and the coffee was really weak. Even in the shot glasses it looked pale. Not sure if they are now using less coffee.

Having been a customer here on and off for maybe ten years, I have to say, the staff here are so bloody miserable. Smile!!! Be nice to your customers. Look like you want to be here. Acknowledge people when they're stood waiting. Don't get me wrong you get a similar experience in most of retail these days, but it never ceases to amaze me how miserable people can be at work!

Like this Cafe Nero branch. Chilled out young vibe. Lots of students and regular cuztomers with their laptops studying or doing work or reading a book - on the mainly 2-seater booths. Also have dimly lit sofas at the back. Pleasant and relaxed decor that actually makes you want to sit and take your time over your coffee! Friendly service at speed. Good coffee.

I order a capuchin, slice of carrot cake and cinnamon roll, the carrot cakewas so dry and hard I to send it back.the cinnamon roll was dry but eatable, the nice lady behind the till was very apologetic, say the weather was to hot. For me it looks like old cake not dry because of the weather.

Wow! Absolutely ? one of my all time favourite coffee ?? places to get my morning coffe from! Always very hot coffee, always very helpful staff members - Gessica is amazing as well as the rest of the team. As a customer you just smile when you leave with your coffee to go (or if you sit to enjoy the delicious coffee that Cafeè Nero makes everytime) All my warmest recommendations ?
