My husband took the car key here to have the battery changed whilst I headed straight to Sainsbury. As soon as my husband told me it was £19.95 I told him to go and retrieve the key and not change it. But he came back and told me it was too late. This was done within a minute at a rip off charge of £19.95 where Audi had previously charged me £4.00. I immediately went back to ask for a refund and to put back the old battery but he just said he can?t it?s done and he doesn?t make the prices up. CR2032 battery costs around £2.00 each so here it?s 10 times the price! Imagine paying 10 times the price for a glass of coke at a restaurant! So avoid this place it?s daylight robbery!!!

Didn't think I'd be reviewing an engraving business but I had one of, if not, the best customer service of my life. I spoke with an incredibly friendly guy called Tai who went completely above and beyond over the phone to help me and make my day. Then in person he was just as incredible and made a mundane process actually an enjoyable part of my day. Genuine fresh breath of air in the customer service industry.

Absolutely shocking drive 30 minutes round trip with a hungry baby (after I checked out the store did baby passport photos) get there to find you don?t! So then have to find an alternative which is much more expensive before it closes. So much extra stress making me not want to use any of your services again and not recommend you to others!

Outrageous price for key cutting service. Would expect a little premium given location, however, I was quoted £19 to cut two Yale keys (one square head £10, one round head £9) both standard, run-of-the-mill keys. Went to Plough Homecraft on Lordship Lane (near the end of Barry Road) and was quoted £4 for each.

Felt the service here was quite rude, took a while to greet me and finish texting on phone, no eye contact or smile. Would only cut keys in the colour and key shape he wanted, refused to elaborate further. £38 for four keys which feels steep, although that may be the going rate.
