I don't know why they're so rude but they are you wait in que and then you see them just doing nothing only 2 staff will be working with the others not but the manager is no better so they will be slow and not helpful very badly run

Worst Royal Mail I?ve ever been to. Rude staff, make up random rules that aren?t on their website or anywhere until you get to the shop and wasted your time. Never enough staff. Awful

Never once, I've been able to do what I wanted in one journey. Staff barely hiding the fact they didn't give a damn. Rude and unhelpful. Close this embarrassment and open an Amazon store.

Extremely rude staff.Long waiting time. They wont serve you if you are a law abiding citizen and want to leave your bike at the door - I was told I wouldn't be served even if I set my bike at the side where it wasn't harming anyone or actually doing anything...They want you to leave it to thieves outside. Rude rude rude!!!!! Judging by the poor reviews, the feedback isn't reaching the staff even though HQ say that they have taken it onboard. I hope I never miss a parcel delivery again and have to come here.

Most unhelpful and miserable staff I?ve ever had to interact with. No customer service, empathy or politeness.Also shocking that this branch only takes certain parcels at certain times, making it impossible for key workers to use. No publication of this online. You only find out when you get there and are greeted by such unfriendly faces.Would not want to inflict this experience on anyone.

Terrible. The queue is rarely less than 40 minutes. They never have more than 2 staff members who don?t seem to work at a pace appropriate for the number of people waiting to be served and they stop taking certain packages at random times in the day, which you won?t know unless you?re there.

Self-serve checkouts would be a benefit. Queuing for too long because there's not enough staff at the counters. Don't replace the exisiting staff with tech but replace the non-staffed counters with a robot please.

Possibly the rudest & slowest staff of any Post Office I?ve ever had to use. With a queue extending out of the door, down Lordship Lane and getting longer, there were just two ?service? points open. The two individuals there managed to bring a whole new meaning of slow to their service. When I finally reached the front of the queue, I approached a vacant window only for the person there to decide this was the perfect time to go and sort some ten pound note. Stood at the window for 5 to 10 minutes, before being rudely informed that I hadn?t been called, no sorry and not a hint of empathy for the customer in their tone or words. When I was eventually summoned to the desk like some errant schoolgirl, I asked for my Evri parcel only for this individual to plonk out a tatty book in which the Evri deliveries had been scrawled. No electronic scanning system, no checking my reference number. My package wasn?t in the book so it hadn?t been delivered. No attempt to check, no sympathy for an apparently lost package. Little I could do. I wish anyone luck having to use the place.

I genuinely sympathise with anyone who has to use this place. You could write a sitcom about how bad the service is. Three people behind the counter, two eating sweets ignoring the queue of customers. One ?serving? in the slowest and most unhelpful way possible. I hope they find joy elsewhere in their lives as they are hopeless at their job. Thank god there are digital services and alternatives.
