“I have always received an excellent service at this pharmacy. The pharmacist and her staff are always willing to confirm on the phone if my repeat prescriptions are ready for collection. The service I receive in the shop is usually very good and they are very helpful. I’m astounded to read such terrible reviews in the past but they are a long time ago and the staff change pretty frequently so I don’t think reviews from 7 years ago are at all relevant now. Today I even noticed a new means of identifying the client; getting them to write down their date of birth and address instead of having to speak loud enough to be heard by all the customers in the shop. I’ve always thought that loudly giving out your name and address isn’t secure and I was happy to see the new assistant/pharmacist (I didn’t ask) passing out pieces of paper for the customers to write the required information.My main message is that you shouldn’t take any notice of the old complaints since the people involved have long since gone. If you’re polite and friendly they will be polite and friendly to you.”

“I’m a bit surprised by all the negative feedback here. I’ve been twice. The first time I needed an over-the-counter medicine that a pharmacist needed to ok. That was provided with no fuss. The second time I needed a prescription for my son filled - done in 5 mins. While the service is not over-effusive, it’s business-like and simple. Does what it needs to.”
