I came to London for a long weekend, unfortunately I forgot one of my prescription medicines. This pharmacy were brilliant. They checked my medical records and in 15 minutes I had sufficient medication to see me through my stay. Very efficient and friendly staff and I am very grateful for their help.

Friendly, efficient service. Helpful staff. Kim, in particular, always goes the extra mile to help customers and is kind and empathetic, but they are all great people there. Yes, it does get busy and sometimes you have to wait a bit, but that's really a sign of how well it serves the immediate neighbourhood and beyond. It is very conveniently located opposite the FHGP Surgery.

I've wanted to do this for ages and kept forgetting. Now due to such sad circumstances with Fosters, Day Lewis has had to take on so many extra customers. Do you realise how many people come across from the surgery daily - all wanting to be dealt with super quickly?
This small-staffed pharmacy is dealing with an unbelievable workload yet I've heard some truly awful insults being thrown at them.
Now please don't think I'm writing this as someone who has never had to wait or had a mix-up but spare a thought for the staff who are so far from being the slackers some of you rudely suggest.
From over the counter to home delivery they are working hard.

Prescription is never ready never get a text to say come down and now I?ve run out I have to keep chasing them to see if it?s ready to stressful this has been happening for a good couple months now looking too change the pharmacy ?

Pick up the phone!!! Nobody answers the phone in this pharmacy as needing to find out if my son?s medication is ready (as they never text me, despite it being set up) otherwise it?s a wasted journey.
Sort out your customer service as it?s truly inadequate.

WARNING! ?? They close 5-10 mins early every day and go on lunch early so try get there 15 mins before they shut or there?s a high chance they?ll be closed. Such a shame as they?re our closest pharmacy and it would be great if we could pick up prescriptions on our weekends or lunch break. Also, their ChatGPT responses to the reviews are so tone deaf, unprofessional and hilariously unedited. Sometimes they forget to actually add their contact email and leave it as (insert phone number / email). Worryingly bad service. Would recommend going elsewhere if it?s essential medication.

Two bad experiences with this pharmacy and both times had so much time wasted by them which is the last thing you need when you're already sick and exhausted. Ask the surgery to send your prescription elsewhere and save time, they seem to use this as default otherwise. The first time we were sent back and forth to the surgery to have the size of a tube changed to find they didn't have the new size available either (why they couldn't check that first is a mystery) and ultimately we just went elsewhere after more than an hour of messing about. The second time they were inexplicably closed for lunch, with no timeline available, the surgery receptionist was only able to guess that it might be reopen in twenty mins maybe and could do nothing to get my prescription moved to somewhere more sensible. Going back an hour later to be safe it still took probably 30 more mins for them to box up and release a very basic prescription to me. They seem nice enough in person when they get round to acknowledging you but the total lack of information and decision to close at lunch is just ridiculous and unhelpful.

I visited this pharmacy at 6:20. Online it says it closed at 6:30. They were out the door by 6:21. I asked them to come in as it was an emergency. The old white lady laughed and said it?s 6:30 on my clock? and all the other guys laughed with her. Terrible and shocking experience.

Staff are great, remember your name and are friendly. The problem is not with them it?s with the surgery. It?s ridiculous that you can only get two weeks of antidepressants at a time. Only one blue inhaler for asthma, a life threatening illnesses. Always friendly but they seem to have their hands tied. Not a good situation

Been using this pharmacy since it opened, its had good years and bad years. It appears to be on a downward trend atmo, almost as if the current incumbents have had enough and want to retire. Which i can understand, pressures of the job must be immense. Hopefully younger blood will bring a fresh outlook soon. (c Feb 2024)
