Trying to diversify. Reminded me of saying "A Jack of all trades, master of none. I was looking for 11 books, old and new and was offered opportunity to order online to collect in store. If I was going tomorder online why wouldn't I ask for home delivery?

Quite a small bookshop and two of the five books I bought have since had several pages falling out. This may be a general problem of today's books being cheaply made with no care for quality or beauty

One of the smaller Waterstones branches, but very pleasant and well stocked nethertheless. Staff friendly and there's also a small selection of board games. Recommended

I recently visited Weterstone in Wandsworth and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Ludmila's outstanding service. Her knowledge and helpfulness made the shopping process seamless. I appreciate her expertise and the great service she provided.

Pretty standard Waterstones. Just popped in for a browse and ended finding a couple of interesting books. The layout and atmosphere is highly conducive to relaxing and finding a book or two. The checkout was quick and pleasant. Good to see real bookstores still.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Waterstones. The staff was incredibly courteous and eager to assist without being intrusive. I highly recommend this bookshop to anyone seeking a personalized and enjoyable book-buying experience.

Really rude staff member. Tall blonde gentleman had a really bad attitude towards my mother when we only wanted to ask a quetion. He spoke over her and then when she pointed out he was being rude he shouted after us as we left the store. Will not be shopping at this branch again which is very sad as I work in the mall myself and liked going there.As someone that's worked retail for mutilple years I think its ridiculous you'd employ someone with this kind of behaviour.

In July 2006, a conversion programme was initiated and within four months, every Ottakar's shop had been relaunched as a Waterstones.Waterstone's have recently unveiled their new branding. The branch is a bit small and limited. Fine for the local area.
