Slower service than normal. Had to asked 3 times for a glass of water. My noodles were good but my husbands Donburi lacked flavour. Unusual as wagamama usually better than this

We used to love Wagamama but I noticed recently that the food quality has gone down quite a bit and the dish sizes have also become lesser while the prices has gone up.
Sad to see a great place going downhill.
To be fair, service is still good but unfortunately, that's the only good thing left.

I had a really lovely experience at Wagamama thanks to two amazing team members Dom and Colleen, who truly went above and beyond. As someone who is neurodivergent and has to be extra careful with allergens, I often feel anxious eating out but they made me feel special and cared for. They listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt safe. Their kindness and attention made a big difference. Thank you for making me feel seen and special

I promised I'd never enter a wagamama in the past but was in a rush. And man, do I regret. Should have gone to McDonalds. Paid 25 quid for a cold, oily, terrible beef brisket ramen. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOLKS

Highly recommend! The food is delicious, fresh and served quickly. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with choosing dishes. The place is very clean and not overcrowded.

went there with family gave order and waited 40 minutes and everyone came after us and being served and when. i raise my point that i have been waiting for 40 minutes neither i have been served drinks or anything my next table they came 10 minutes after me and got served and everything and i was asked this with the manager the reply i got she took your order and didn?t put in system so sorry if you want we can process that order i felt embarrassed and not wanted there so i had to leave i have never felt that embarrassed in my life i dont think i will ever go there in my life again i felt being ignored because how i look and felt racism so i left that place

I had the squid for lunch at Wagamama Wandsworth, and it was delicious! The dish was crispy, well-seasoned, and had just the right amount of spice. The portion size was perfect, and it paired well with the dipping sauce. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Overall, a great experience?I?ll definitely be back!
