The quality of the items on offer in TKMaxx seems to largely depend on the affluence, or otherwise, of the location of the store. The Wandsworth store seems to have better quality items and a deceptively large floor area. Plenty to choose from and the usual TKMaxx value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Lots of items but the place is too chaotic; not big enough for the footfall, especially on weekends. Some bargains to be had but you need be mentally and physically prepared to withstand both the busyness and humidity of the shop

The brandsTKMax have a lot of are always of an Inferior quality to the identical item elsewhere. Like it's specially made for TKMax. I've been hearing people say this so much over the last year or two I have a MK feather/down jacket and love it soo much I bought what I thought was an identical one in a different colour. Sadly the only identical thing is the visual look of it. The filling is not as good, a lot stitching has come undone. The zip constantly catches in the fabric to the side of the zip. Plus lots more little things. It was a bit cheaper than the original jacket & if you just want to look the part then fine. But quality wise there's a difference in a lot of the 'designer' items from here. A bargain can still be found if you look hard enough.

Worst experience ever in a tk maxx store. If you wanna get help, don't call for the manager Rebecca cause she will treat you like nothing. She is very rude and disrespectful. I can't believe she became a manager with that attitude. 2Jan2025 around 2pm.

Not really liking this TKmaxx now due to the stock. Brands are slowly disappearing and the quality of their stuff is also diminishing. Sales are not that great either compared to the women's items. Staff are always kind though but I just return normally to check for the odd purchase or to text my luck I guess.

Ridiculous shop floor arrangements. Clothes stands are too close to each other. It is impossible to look at their stock, when someone else is already looking. Especially the lingerie stands, that can be without a doubt spread apart. Otherwise, you have to wait for someone to leave the narrow isle, if you want to browse the hangers. The management must be blind if they can't see that or are ignorant.
