I went into the Wandsworth store today & was welcomed by Rachel who was extremely helpful and remember me from when she helped me sign up with my membership on my last visit. She was able to advise me on the best deal & helped me purchase what I was looking for. Thank you Rachel, I will be back soon for Mother's Day!!!

Not much to say really.Had a problem with 2 perfumes l bought from Wimbledon shop and i left them there to be tested by a ''specialist'' as i complained that the smell is very faded ...Costumer service was very bad and the manager always absent to test them. l went back to ask what happened with my case around 2-3 times but their response was that she will return in a few days from her leave.They also tried to convince me that is happening because my skin wasn't compatible with the perfumes ... LOL but honestly, that's a bad tactic. If you ever want to blame someone's skin, blame it for not reflecting the smell as it should, not because your perfume is degraded and lost it smell...The seller though suggested me that next time l should buy small bottles to see if they are compatible with my skin and she gave me 4 or 5 free tester samples, that was so nice of her even though they were for a woman.

Walked in today and was treated as though I was only window shopping, staff?s aptitude became a lot better after they realised I was there to actually buy something ? shocking I know. Please don?t make people feel bad just for looking.

AVOID!!!! all The Fragrance Shop. Worst service ever! You have to give them email address in order to receive recipe and then they send you ton of spam every few days

Miranda the assistant manager at the Wandsworth store has fantastic customer service skills and went above and beyond to support me with an on going issue with customer services.Miranda has honestly restored my faith in in fragrance shop and because of the help provided I would be happy to purchase from the company again.

Certain special offers are priced in a display beneath the counter, e.g. Joop Go, while everything else is on shelves behind the counters, unpriced, so you have to wait to ask the price. This is generally too time-consuming.

Not specifically relevant to the Wandsworth store - ordered online before Christmas for next day delivery. Almost 2 months later still haven't received the order. They've confirmed they can see I haven't received it. But still refuse to refund me. Avoid this awful service!!

One member of staff tried multi tasking whilst serving me, which I thought was not acceptable as then had to wait for her to keep finish talking to the other customer although I was first in the queue. Made my shopping experience longer and also the sales assistant is giving me the evil eye and attitude after she was in the wrong. Do not think I be be shopping there again.
