Asked to cut my toasted panini in half but was told to do it with a wooden knife?they don?t have knives or couldn?t be bothered?? The shop was empty and I there was no queue.

Everything amazing, and the people there go above and beyond just so you can have a pleasant time at Starbucks, will definitely be back! No complaints at all

I visited this Starbucks in Wandsworth with my sister, to enjoy one of their frappuccinos. Unfortunately it was a very disappointing and upsetting visit.
The place was absolutely filthy ? there was food, partially eaten food, decaying food, crumbs and drink spills all over the floor, the tables, and even on the seats!!! This coffee shop clearly had not been cleaned properly throughout the shift!
There were flies feeding off the crumbs all over the empty seat next to me, and there were flies scavenging on decomposing food lying on the table next to me! So disgusting, and it was making my sister feel very sick!
To make things worse, there were a group of youths swearing the most obscene profanities loudly, and even getting into fights with each other, creating a really uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. Mothers of young children were feeling very vulnerable hearing all these obscenities being shouted out aloud, and seeing the youths fighting in such close proximity to their young children!
Definitely not a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee.
Yet the female baristas had a ? we couldn't care less? attitude. They could see all of the above, but instead were enjoying flirtatious banter with a man who had entered the premises and was loitering around the serving area, flirting with the female baristas.
If Your female baristas enjoy flirtatious banter with males, they should do this activity in their private time, not while customers are trying to be served. The male they were flirting also kept getting in the way of customers who just wanted to pay.
A very unpleasant and an unacceptable experience from the perspective of the public.
Given the shockingly filthy state of this Starbucks with flies everywhere, I am concerned that there are rats in this establishment, which then serves food and drink to children, as well as adults.
I also have Grave concerns whether Wandsworth Council would be happy for this Starbucks to continue serving food and drink to the public given the shocking state of affairs in there.
My sister and I won?t be coming back.

Pretty poor experience overall. No smile from the staff, coffee was essentially just poured into the cup and had spilled all over the saucer. No attempt at coffee art (if I just wanted to combine it all into 1 mug with zero effort I?d just get a coffee from the machine).

Staff are lovely and quick but the environment is extremely dirty, blow and fruit flies crawling all around the drinks station and inside the sink. Also there was a spillage right beside the pick up area which remained unclean even when the staff wasn?t busy.

Harassment from other customers (just like in a cheap pub) and the shortest coffee I ever drunk despite being the most expensive expresso in the area: £2,80! Almost the price of tea...

Exceptional Service by Britelle (sorry quite unsure about her first name ) the Chinese or Japanese lady - at Starbucks Wandsworth today 26/08/24 at 6h30am
Dear Starbucks Team,
I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback regarding my recent visit to your Wandsworth location.
During my visit, I was uncertain about what to order and asked for something strong but not like a latte or with oat milk. Britelle ( I hope i got the name right) who was assisting me, suggested a Cortado?a coffee I had never tried before, despite being familiar with Starbucks for over ten years. I decided to give it a try, and I must say, it was the best coffee I?ve ever had from any barista!
What stood out even more than the coffee was Britelle?s enthusiasm and genuine desire to ensure I enjoyed my choice. It was early in the morning, and we were all a bit tired, but her energy and eagerness to help were truly refreshing. She could have easily suggested something more common like a latte or flat white, but instead, she took the time to recommend something tailored to my preferences.
Her dedication and positive attitude made my morning, and I believe she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. It?s employees like Britelle who make Starbucks a place people love to visit.
Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere, and please pass along my sincere appreciation to Britelle.

Staff work there socks off and are very nice but Starbucks coffee is overpriced for what it is.
