I have purchased an Item two days ago on Wednesday at a Reviver Island store in Wandsworth Southside Shopping Centre.
The item perfect , amazing and unworn condition. Simply the item wasn?t on my size exactly and wanted to return it.
When I went back to the store i was told immediately item cannot be returned for no reason. So i told them hey I bought the item and is not on my size exactly and it?s in perfect condition and I have receipt.?
They told me give the item and I gave them, then they got back to me saying with the manager and when asked they said sorry the item ?Stinks? I was shocked and kind of surprised to hear that from the manager him self. I will never forget that comment made by that manager.
And item no longer can?t be returned.

I don?t like shopping but today Maria?s outstanding job made me feel fashionable again!! I left with a couple of outfits that I wouldn?t have chosen on my own but looked incredible. She was amazing, very patient and understanding of my body type which meant I found lots of options tailored to me.

I went into the store to buy a jumper , I have a disability so used the lift up to the men's department, I decided to use the stairs to exit , as I was slowly walking down the stairs I was followed by a member of staff who bunny hoped on each step right behind me as I moved down the stairs ,I had no idea who it was at first I was quite shocked and thought it was a local teenager trying to intimidate me or make fun of me somehow ,as I was on the stairs I was very shaken by this person's actions I could have fallen down the steps which were quite hard to negotiate,as I'm getting to the final steps this staff member calls out very loud to his team mates on the floor below to come to the front and meet me as I come off the stairs as I realise now he thinks I'm a shoplifter , his colleague who he called to looked at me and looked very embarrassed and went back to the till area , as I left the store I looked around and the staff member was smirking at me ,,This is an absolutely terrible way to treat a member of the public , to follow me on the stairs and bunny hop right behind me is incredibly dangerous ,I left that little tiny store embarrassed and humiliated ,I'm quite shocked that staff can treat someone like that ,,
