I have never seen a manager that gaslights a customer ever. I understood I lost my receipt and I was told by a male manager that i can contact Primark on their official site and they can help, GUESS WHAT? literally nothing can be done to get a refund or exchange if you lost your reciept the male manager goes by the name David honestly if you don't know your policy properly dont lie to us ?

Saw a manager patronizing a staff member on the changing rooms by showing her how to count. It was clear she already knew how to do this. If customers have seen this behavior I fear for staff behind closed doors.

Imagine walking into a shop to get only eye lashes and because your body is not the typical everyday desire the managers and staff serving starts running around gossiping, laughing and yelling at each other to stare at your behind wow talk about customer service and no training it felt more like a farm with no control thank you Primark ?

Ease of shopping. The prices are cheap, but the quality is quite good. You will be able to take care of yourself after washing if the clothes remain as they are or become in disrepair.

I like to go shopping to primark sometime as it offers me different range of clothing items in affordable price. You will get really good items if you select wisely, without giving much stress to your savings and the items are quite durable as well.
