How can this store not have children's high chairs or porcelain cups. I don't understand how you can charge these prices when you are not giving your customers basic things. The staff is very nice and I understand it is not their fault. Please fix this asap as I actually love your coffee.

Had a really disappointing experience at this Pret location (Southside Shopping Centre). The manager(And as far as I search his name is Thomas.) was openly shouting at female staff members and treating them with zero respect. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unacceptable. No one should be treated like that, no one yells at anyone like that. I am very sorry about this situation. I am a customer of pret many years but I?ve never seen this kind of man in any other pret shop.
And other than that no one can treat people like that nowhere. Hope Pret takes action because this kind of behavior shouldn?t be tolerated. If you care about supporting fair workplaces, I?d think twice before coming here until they address this issue. And also I will complain that situation to advisory conciliation and arbitration service(ACAS).

I love Pret A Manger, but this Pret A Manger next to Southside Shopping Centre is the best so far because of their service!! Every time I come here, all the staff are so pleasant! Today after getting drenched in rain, I stopped by and bought Mushroom Risotto (yummy on a rainy day!) and a bottle of Sparkling Water. I dropped my sparkling water accidentally on the floor and the bottle broke and water went everywhere on the floor. But the staff, Marta, was incredible! She said "Don't worry!" with a smile and even went to get a new bottle of water for me (when I was thinking of going to buy another one)! And then quickly mopped the floor! I feel so touched - how often do we see nowadays a café with such a calm, pleasant and sweet staff? Thank you Marta! You made my day!

Very friendly and pretty Muslim girl behind the counter who helped us with our order. I still appreciate great service in a place that serves food. It isn't good to eat food in a place that disrespects you, as it is bad energy, so we were grateful of the good energy here eating our croissants lol

amazed that there are no high chairs available. Have never been to a coffee shop with no high chairs - disappointing that babies not catered for here ? went to Starbucks next door.

Dirty tables, miserable staff and not enough seats to match the number of tables. Tables without seats, pretty useless. Expect more of Pret.
