How can this store not have children's high chairs or porcelain cups. I don't understand how you can charge these prices when you are not giving your customers basic things. The staff is very nice and I understand it is not their fault. Please fix this asap as I actually love your coffee.

Had a really disappointing experience at this Pret location (Southside Shopping Centre).
