They put trolleys on across the entrance with only a small gap to walk in, a person with a wheelchair or a pushchair can?t get in, the staff said we couldn?t come in then. How unfair is that ?!

Thank you for the new, bigger trolleys! I can't use the smaller ones that require bending, so I've been shopping less in this store the last year, but I can do bigger shops here again!!

I love poundland. I shop very regularly in poundland and spend at least £30-£40 every time I go in there. I also shop online with poundland and from what I've seen the ones I shoo in are closing. Very sad I shall miss them. Another good shop going.

Well stocked but very busy so things sell out very quickly they need to concentrate on more stock for popular items. If they do they won't need to close down smaller shops, instead of filling them with the unpopular items that don't sell in bigger stores.

I don?t know if the staff are lazy, inept, or just friends with the thieves but they let just about anyone shoplift. They?re usually easily distracted and let multiple people just walk out with bags and bags of stuff. I suspect some of the staff are conspiring with the shoplifters because every time I shop here there?s people blatantly shoplifting. No wonder Poundland is bankrupt when their own staff let people take everything

Dear Sir/Madam,
Today, I would like to share an incident I experienced. After waiting in line for a while, it was finally my turn, and Sidra informed me that the transaction could not be completed with a card. This was completely understandable, as it was beyond her control. However, when I mentioned that it would have been helpful to know this in advance, she raised her voice in front of everyone and firmly said, ?Please step outside,? using a harsh tone.
I believe this attitude is highly inappropriate in terms of customer relations. Later on, I did some research and found out that she has displayed similar behavior toward other customers as well. Personally, I am not someone who is easily bothered by such situations, but it is disappointing that a company of this stature employs such an individual. If this behavior continues, I am certain that more people will start voicing their complaints over time.
If an employee is unwilling to perform their job, no one can be forced to keep them, right? I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that the necessary steps be taken to ensure customer satisfaction.
Thank you.

Card machine broken and heard staff yelling at young ladies trying to check out but they didn't have cash. Very rude staff, no need for that.

They forced you out the store nearly 10 minutes before it closed, shouting at people ?THE STORES CLOSING? and putting the shutters down too
