I went to the post office today, and I wasn't sure what procedure I was going to do, I asked the attendant AKHIL for help, he was kind and attentive, he guided me in the best way, I will definitely come back.

The person at the front desk, closest to the stationary was miserable and rude. I paid in some cash and said hi to him, didn't even bother to talk, as I was leaving, I said have a nice day and he said nothing. This was ten am Thursday. When you come to the u.k we welcome people here, but please bear in mind we are polite and like smiling and saying hello to others. Its considered rude not to say hi back. I hope the manager informs this person.

The customer service was subpar, with a young Asian lad feigning ignorance about Western Union transactions and redirecting me to another counter. When my partner asked me to leave, he abruptly stood up, telling me COME HERE I won't be using their services again.

Just awful that this is the only option in Wandsworth. Really bad service, the queue was from the back of the shop all the way to the street, last 2 customers were outside! Only one counter open, they didn't care about the queue or they are just understaffed. I went to make a deposit to my bank account, I queued at the counter where I did this many times before. When I got to be served, the rude woman told me to go to the other queue. I think she doesn't even know what she's doing, she also messed up something with the customer before me. I just left, I got no time for incompetence and also was worried she would messed up my deposit in some way.

Rude Asian young lady on the 1st of Nov 2023Refused to look for my parcel when presented with the red ticket the postman left in my postbox!I had to almost beg her to call someone else to help!However the manager (around 55 years old man) and another young man Asian employee were helpful and explained what I needed to know.Maybe the girl had a bad day and she took it on me?please be kind to people when you work with them,maybe more customer skills training will be good!Next time I?ll go to Merton Road Postoffice or Twilley Street where employee are always patient and happy to help!

THIS POST OFFICE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS AS THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF ANY!!!!UNFORTUNATELY THIS REVIEW REQUIRES A STAR RATING BEFORE IT CAN BE POSTED, RELUCTANTLY I'VE GIVEN IT A ONE STAR...SHOULD BE NIL!!The Saturday staff need to learn about customer services, especially manners and honesty.I had gone into this Post Office this morning to collect a parcel. According to this rude staff member behind the counter, my barcode (on my 'phone) isn't the correct one. I informed him that this is the only barcode I have been issued with and that I collect parcels frequently using the same format of barcodes. I then suggested using the 'Pin Code' I was also given in order to help him retrieve my parcel. To my surprise, he tells me he can't use that. I then showed my email to clarify that 'pin codes' can be used. He then abruptly tells me to go to his colleague at the other counter as parcels can be collected from there. This colleague who made no eye contact with me whatsoever tells me my barcode won't scan.. THIS PERSON HAD NOT EVEN SCANNED MY BARCODE, and clearly thought I hadn't noticed this, so I asked if there was an error on their system as it wasn't scanned. He then muttered,'yeah'. Nothing was wrong with their system, just them being unprofessional, unhelpful and rude.

Oh, isn't it just a delightful surprise that our beloved post office has moved to its *oh-so-cozy* new spot at 159 Wandsworth High Street? It's like they thought, "Let's downgrade and make our customers' lives a bit more interesting!"And who ever requires updated opening hours on Google? It's a game of chance now! Will the post office be open when you've got your trolley loaded with packages? Or will you be greeted by that charming sheet of paper on the window, declaring "Sorry, not today!"?The new crew, oh, they're a real treat. I mean, who needs experienced staff when you can have fresh faces and unprecedentedly low service standards? It's like they're pioneering a whole new level of incompetence.And the pinnacle of their brilliance? Printing labels! They'll do it for you, but they conveniently forget to mention you need your own tape to glue it to the parcel. Because, of course, printing labels is a magical process that requires extra materials, but who needs that kind of information, right?

Tell customers to put their parcels into the cage which is completely unsafe and anybody can nick them. When you have downgraded from a post office with 10 desks to a post office with one, it obviously shows the staff who work there are not doing a great job. I?ve never met a member of staff in a Postal Service demanding me to put my package into a trolley, I give them the item they give me a receipt they refused to give me the receipt because I will not put it in a trolley in the unsafe area. Instead I have to go and hand it to the delivery driver of the Royal mail so I know my parcel is safe. This lady only gave me the receipt for the parcel. I have just sent after I gave it to the Royal mail workers. Absolute joke
