Awful service. Ordered a dress from Wellingborough. Assistant mistakenly ordered it to go to a hub box. Evri couldn?t be bothered to deliver it. This company told me to buy another one. They stopped responding to my perfectly polite requests for assistance. After 12 days still not here. They?re not bothered in coming up with an actual solution

Horrendous experience after sales assistant mistakenly ordered me 2 of the same dress online. Tried to cancel 1 which proved impossible so I was out of pocket. Online chat service was useless as was customer service. Then both dresses were cancelled leaving me with none for my daughter's wedding. Ended up going back to the shop where I started and buying original dress which I hadn't bought because it had the wrong size of belt. Would not order anything online again! ?

I want to say what appalling service you have for online customers. I have had 3 web chats, 2 phone calls and 2 emails to customer service which has never given a reply. I ordered my goods on 13th February and you automatically took out £150 of my account, it is now 21st February and I have still not received my goods. Having spoken several times to different people I was told that my order is still at the warehouse. I would like a refund for non delivery of goods which you state in your terms and conditions I am entitled to because my order hasn?t left the warehouse. I was given a tracking number for Hermès and they have said they are expecting it from you on 18th February and that it is still with your company, obviously still in the warehouse.I will never shop with your company again and would like a full refund asap as it looks like I am never going to get my parcel.

I purchased a dress and shoes for you ten days ago for my Grandsons wedding on the 1st April I paid extra for my delivery to arrive on time I have rung several times and spoke to customer services who are very polite but no one can really give me an immediate answer first I shouldn?t have been able to pay extra for delivery then it was stock taking the warehouse dose t reply to emails which I think is very bad for the company as a whole,I have been shopping with the company since it was founded around 1980 and have alway# loved the clothes I?m not alone in this as several friends are in the same situation if you sister companies Hobbs and Jigsaw can fulfil my order why can?t you we very bad customer relations!

I have just received my second Taylor Jacket in ivory and again it's in appalling condition.There is a dirty mark on the front and inside of the jacket and a pull on the sleeve.What does it take to get a perfect £130 jacket delivered?This is for my daughter's wedding so as you can imagine it's stressing me out.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Order has not arrived together. No-one gets back. No returns labels provided .unable to print labels online. Order number not recognised my e mail address not recognised. When I e mail them They do not get back to me. The chat option is useless. I will Never ever order from them again! The phone line is expensive and kept on hold. USELESS!

Phase Eight took my money and don't deliver! I placed an order on 29th November and still have not received my goods, which were for my Mum's Christmas present. When I checked the tracking there's no update from 4th December! 10 days and nothing! When I contacted Phase Eight I was told that they couldn't help and I had to wait another 48 hours for Hermes to complete their investigation! Then could I fill in a form, (within 7 days thanks very much, even though they couldn't get a parcel to me in 15 days and counting...!), and then maybe I could have a refund! It's clear that I haven't received the package from the Hermes update and I was relying on it for Christmas. I was told however that if Hermes came back and couldn't find my package that I would be refunded and I could order again!!! Disgusting! When I complained this was not acceptable and had no help. So I can pay nearly £400 and have absolutely nothing to show for it!!! I used to think phase eight a reliable brand who looked after their customers, but this is an illusion and I think that the way I have been treated is disgraceful! I ordered during phase eight's Black Friday sale and so items would be full price if I reordered! When I said as much I was told I could pay and then get price match, oh but the clothes would be non returnable! Considering that they may not fit, that's ridiculous, as I would have been able to, if phase eight had done what they said and delivered my goods! So I can pay £400, which no one has at this time of year, will not get delivery in time for Christmas as after waiting over a fortnight, I am then asked to wait another 48 hours!!! When I complained and said I wanted to speak to a manager I was told no. I have messaged on Twitter abs Facebook and told to take it on private message, and then been totally ignored!! They do not even have the courtesy to reply to me, and after saying I wanted a complaint raised I was told I can wait another 24 hours! Disgusting behaviour! They took my money, not delivered as promised, and the only way it can be 'resolved' is for me to reorder at full price and pay extra for delivery-oh but I could get a £10 voucher for the inconvenience!!! Insult!

1. The goods did not arrive the day after my order despite having paid for next day delivery. I contacted the online chat to find out why the dresses had not been dispatched.They told me the order had not been processed despite having received an email acknowledgement of the order and payment having been taken. I was told to ring customer services to find out what the hold up was. I sat for 58minutes on the phone on hold, eventually gave up and re-contacted online chat who then emailed the warehouse to get the order out. I wasted almost 2 hours.2. The goods arrived a day late in a terrible state. 3 dresses were bundled together in a bit of tissue paper that looked as though it had been used before, all crease and one of which the Ruschelle plum dress has marks ( possibly make up) on the front of the dress making it unusable!3. A second parcel arrived 5 days late & I was still charged express delivery.4. I have written a complaint twice and received no reply.I have always like this companies clothes in store. First and last time I will buy online. Shockingly bad service.

This company are AWFUL. Avoid at all costs. Despite paying for enhanced delivery the courier - Hermes - took it upon themselves to deliver to my address when I was away. The 1st parcel was huge and by just being left outside my house placed my home at risk of burglary. Worse - the driver recorded the parcel as delivered and forged my signature.
