So frustrating! New customer discount just won't work, emailed - no reply, customer chat - they keep cutting me off! Email no reply!! I haven't even bought anything yet and have had a dreadful experience!

Shocking non existant customer service. They do not take calls orvrespondvto chat or emails. Thecdresscfor my sons wedding was not delivered, ordered in March so now i have nothing to wear for the most important day for my son and myself. Absolutely disgusted

customer care terrible, 2 items ordered only 1 received both paid for, have been trying for a week to make contact to report issue emails live chat and phoning no response complained on trust pilot phase eight did reply with a reference and email address yet still no response will never use again
