Had an excellent customer service experience today. The young man who dealt with my serious Virgin Media problems sorted everything. I came away with new, less expensive, contract, new tivo box, new hub, engineer visit etc. The young man who sorted everything was knowledgeable, efficient, patient and an attentive listener with really good people skills. Refreshing! Thank you.

Terrible service. I came to find out if my product was here. An attendant treated me rudely. I came to pick up my computer that I bought and they said it would arrive today, and it didn't. They made me come here twice and my product wasn't here.

Attempted to have a conversation with the staff member about an issue I?ve had with my phone not recognising my number since I?ve changed to an e-sim. The woman behind the till replied ?I don?t know sorry, I have an android? and shut the conversation down. Strange way to handle an enquiry in a phone store.

Went into the store to port my number from another provider. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, Michael helped me weigh all the different options, and suggested ones better suited to my usage. Process done in 15 mins, all instructions provided and I walk out of there a happy O2 customer. Thanks for a great experience!!

I was dealing with Sarah who explained everything clearly and precisely, did the task that was asked of her and made me feel at ease after the chaos of the O2 Customer Service Team that kept me on the Phone for one hour fifty minutes and several pauses for advice. There should be more Emoloyees like Sarah. 10 out of 10 for everything

Came to ask for help with my SIM card which was activating. The advisor told me the systems are down. I asked when I should come back. They said they don't know. As it's a problem that comes and go. When I asked them if they could at least try for me. They tried and guess what, it worked. Honestly, these guys only care about commission.

I went to the shop today and not a single staff member approached and offered assistance. I approached a female staff member for assistance ?can you help us? and she rudely asked ?what is it you?re after? Then I can see if I can help? with a cold dismissive manner. Just walked out of the shop, there was no need for attitude.

Absolute disaster. The customer service guy (larger build) there was incompetent, dismissive and downright rude. Cutting me off, making comments on some apparent facial expressions I made, then gave me 2000% the wrong sim AND the wrong information and sent me on my way. An utter disgrace, and people like him should NOT be working customer service EVER!
