Terrible service. I came to find out if my product was here. An attendant treated me rudely. I came to pick up my computer that I bought and they said it would arrive today, and it didn't. They made me come here twice and my product wasn't here.

Attempted to have a conversation with the staff member about an issue I’ve had with my phone not recognising my number since I’ve changed to an e-sim. The woman behind the till replied ‘I don’t know sorry, I have an android’ and shut the conversation down. Strange way to handle an enquiry in a phone store.
