Definitely not the service I'd expect from a brand like Next.Untidy shop floor and till area.Long waits to pay or collect ordered items. Lack of staff and customer service.Very disappointing.

What the hell is happening in Next Wandsworth Branch? I went in to collect some items, I was standing by the desk waiting for someone to serve me? 10 minutes later and I mean 10 minutes later a guy came flying towards the till and apologised. I said where are all the staff..he looked all flustered and said there isn't anyone to come on the shop floor, it is beyound a joke! It has been like this for ages. Why don't Next sort this problem out!? There is never anything decent to buy in there, you have to keep ordering on line. When you go in to collect your order you have to wait ages to get served! Is it any wonder there is all this shop lifting going on? Next make their shop an open target. It is the poor staff I feel sorry for..how on earth are they to cope. You can't expect them to work so hard and be polite and hard working in these circumstances, there under dreadful pressure. Come on Next you make Millions get more staff in. Look after your staff!

Ordered a set of clothes for baby which arrived with the top in one size and bottom in another!! Never had issues like this with next so washed and was ready to put on baby when I noticed the bottoms seemed tight. Took back to store with receipt expecting a refund as this was a faulty item but was told can't be taken back 'as it has been washed and can't be sold again'. Had it not been washed it would have been taken back and sold again WITH A TOP IN ONE SIZE AND A BOTTOM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE apparently. Spoke to someone in head office who said it should have been refunded or credited as it was fault in the warehouse .Totally inadequate customer service with a member of staff who could do with a bit more training and common sense.tl Think she was the mananger, looked old enough.

Awful service. The girl at the till made me go searching for the price of the boots I was buying as it had no tag. And to top it off left the security tag on one of the boots I bought. So another trip with small kids all the way back to store to resolve it.

TIMES WRONG ON WEBSITE. Rushed so much to get to the store in time. But they were closed at 6.30 despite website stating 7pm closure. Not even nearly good enough for a huge company like next. Unimpressed. However, other than that - customer service in store is good. Sometimes very slow though.

Ordered some items for collection in store under a different name to my own. Get a text a few days later to say its been collected, called Next who say this is a mistake. Went to collect my parcel, Next were unable to find it after looking for an hour so organised for a member of senior staff to call me - never got that call. Rang Next again myself and they discovered my parcel was in fact in store. Returned today to pick it up and was almost not given it due to my name not being the same as the label - 3 phonecalls with Next and no one mentions this could be an issue!? I have the card I paid with, can provide all details about the order, how is that not enough? Thankfully I received my parcel today, but I won't be ordering from Next again because this has been a complete hassle and has taken too much energy to rectify - not happy.EDIT: I'VE BEEN GIVEN SOMEONE ELSE'S PARCEL. GDPR PROTECTION?..
